RETURNS
MXM will be pleased to refund your purchase within 5 days from the delivered date. Sorry, no return/refund on custom orders and shipping fee. Purchase over 5 days & less than 10 days, we offer store credit or exchange. Very sorry to say that we don't accept exchange on purchase over 10 days.

Sterling Silver will get tarnish by time. Here are some tips to clean the different finishes. Brushed: Clean with tarnishing remover lotion. Polished: Clean with polishing cloth or tarnishing remover lotion. Oxidized: Since it is already darken (oxidized) the tarnish won't show up.

Gold Filled & Solid Gold Metals won't get tarnish. However, once in a while can clean with a polishing cloth to keep them shiny.
If any piece of jewelry purchased from MXM needs repair (regardless of fault) we will repair it, at no charge, for 60 days from the date of purchase.
